Meet our Farm Beef Partners



In 2020 the Tharp family partnered with long time neighbors, the Brock family, to offer customers high quality, nutritious beef, completing the four protein meat offering. Now beef, pork, lamb and chicken can be ordered online and picked up at our farm 7 miles east of Greencastle, or at the Brock Farm just west of Stilesville. Look for our combined pork and beef bundles that will leave you with a well stocked freezer!


Brock Farms Angus Cattle is a 4th generation family farm, located 45 mins west of Indianapolis, in the town of Stilesville, Indiana. David and Kris Brock with their children Andy and Katie maintain a herd of 150 commercial and angus cattle focusing on raising genetically superior cattle and striving to balance phenotype and production.

They work hard to raise a superior quality beef product. Calves are feed a diet of grain and hay that is raised on their farm in Stilesville, Indiana. Through research and using genetic information to make informed decisions, their Angus bulls produce calves that grow a lean and highly marbled carcass.

They have partnered with This Old Farm processing in Colfax, Indiana to provide customers with a USDA certified product. They use a dry aging method that locks in the delicious flavor of our farm grown beef. This Old Farm provides us with yield and grade information that show our calves consistently grading at choice. They are proud to be a certified Indiana Grown Member.
