Shipping & Pickup
Shipping Policy
Meat is shipped every Tuesday or as posted on the website. Shipments will be made Tuesday to ensure they do not get stuck in transit over the weekend and thaw. Orders placed after 8:00 am Tuesday will be shipped out the next scheduled shipping day. Your package will arrive in 24 hours after shipment. If your order is delayed, please send us a note at ltfarmmeats@gmail.com.
All meat is packaged with dry ice or frozen gel packs in an insulated box and should arrive frozen. If the meat does not arrive frozen, please contact us at ltfarmmeats@gmail.com with your name and order number and we will provide replacement or issue you a refund.
Please make sure you provide the correct shipping address. Once your order is placed we cannot guarantee that your shipping address can be changed. If your order does have an incorrect address, please contact us as soon as possible at ltfarmmeats@gmail.com with your correct address.
Pickup Policy
Pick up orders are available in the porch freezer at the White Farm House at our Fillmore farm. After we have fulfilled your order, we will send you a pickup ready email, and place it in the porch freezer for pickup at your convenience.
