Ground Lamb Mac & Cheese Skillet

Some days call for simple, filling food and this recipe fits that need. Who doesn't love cheesy macaroni with some extra protein from ground lamb? A filling lunch with pickles, carrot sticks and a peanut butter, pumpkin muffin.


Ingredients - 1 lb. LT Farm Meats ground lamb

- onion, green pepper, salt & pepper as desired

- Your favorite macaroni and cheese


Brown the lamb with onion and green pepper, salt and pepper as desired. Drain well. Make your favorite macaroni and cheese in a separate pan , then combine the two for a fast, hearty entrée'.
