Greetings from the farm!
One of my favorite things about summertime is pairing fresh vegetables straight from our farm garden with our homegrown meats. It’s pretty common for us to eat an entire meal we have grown on our farm this time of year. It’s not only rewarding to taste the fruits of our efforts, but to also know precisely how that food was raised.
Pictured here are our lean boneless pork chops with some garden fresh greenbeans. The meat on our boneless chops is extremely lean (heart healthy) and easy to cook. But the key is to not over cook! They only need to reach an internal temp of 145 degrees. Let me know if you would like to try some of our boneless pork chops or need preparation ideas.
My best,
Beth Tharp
