This versatile cut can be used for weekday meals and leftovers for the weekend. Customize your way with your favorite spices and merinades. We like to stick a boneless loin roast in the crockpot and forget about it til dinner time.
Do not overcook pork or it will become dry and tough. Cooking to 145° F with a three-minute rest will result in clear or slightly pink tinted juices and provides meat that is juicy and tender.

Our farm raised pigs are cared for with priority for stewardship of our pigs, land and water. For decades we have raised and cared for pigs, and they in turn have provided for our family. Our pigs are fed a high quality diet that we make on the farm consisting of corn, soybean meal and vitamins and minerals to meet their specific dietary needs. They are not fed hormones or steroids.
