Smoking our farm's pork shoulder roasts is the best way we know how to feed a large crowd. Nick is the master of our smoker, and has been known to recieve high accolades for his pulled pork by using his homemade mustard based dry rub on our farm's pork shoulder roasts.
This bone in butt shoulder roast is optimal for pulled pork. Allowed to reach internal temperatures approaching 200ºF, then shred for deliscious pulled pork sandwiches.

Our farm raised pigs are cared for with priority for stewardship of our pigs, land and water. For decades we have raised and cared for pigs, and they in turn have provided for our family. Our pigs are fed a high quality diet that we make on the farm consisting of corn, soybean meal and vitamins and minerals to meet their specific dietary needs. They are not fed hormones or steroids.
