Beef, Barley and Mushroom Soup
Beef, Barley and Mushroom soup in the slow cooker is so easy and filling on a cold winter day.
Layer LT Farms stew beef, onion, carrot, celery and 1/2-1 cup barley in your slow cooker.
Season with salt and pepper.
Add water to cover plus a couple of inches more.
Cook on low or high (depending on how soon you want it done) until meat is tender.
Stir in 1/2 to 1 C barley and let it cook until tender.
Slice in mushrooms 10 mins. before serving.
