LT Farm Meats Pork Tenderloin Fillet cut is quick and easy to bake. Tender and juicy; the secret is to not overcook it.
Honey Sesame Pork Tenderloin
Marinade:
1/2 C Soy sauce
1 clove garlic, minced
1 T grated fresh ginger or 1 tsp. dry ginger
1 T Sesame oil
1/4 C Honey
Mix the marinade and cover the meat completely for 2 hours or overnight.
Meat Coating:
1/2 C brown sugar
3 T sesame seeds
Remove the meat from the marinade and roll in a mixture of brown sugar and sesame seeds. Place in a shallow baking pan and roast in a 425 degree oven, covered with foil for 15 minutes. Uncover and continue cooking until the internal temperature reaches 145 degrees (The interior of the thickest part may still be slightly pink).
Slice and enjoy with your favorite side dishes. The picture shows cinnamon baked butternut squash, sweet corn, and broccoli salad.
