Lamb Burgers

These burgers are delicious with this light, fresh sauce to liven them up. I added a slice of tomato and sweet onion and served it with pretzels and a tossed salad.


Burgers: 1 lb. ground lamb

salt & pepper to taste

Sauce: 1/2 C Greek yogurt

1/4 C Feta Cheese

2 tsp. chopped mint

1 tsp. lemon juice

Make 4 patties from the ground lamb and season with salt and pepper. Heat a cast iron skillet (or grill) and cook burgers to your desired doneness. Mix sauce ingredients to serve on burgers with desired garnishes.
